We are delighted to welcome Luca to the Southern Europe Leadership Team as the new District Youth Commissioner. Luca has been involved in scouting from Cub age and has worked his way through the sections within our Bougival Group and most recently a member of Paris Explorers.
I am delighted to welcome Luca to the team as our District Youth Commissioner. Luca as a member of the district and growing through the various sections within Scouts abroad, gives us a great perspective into the view of a young person growing up within the district and overseas to enable and build on youth shaped scouting. We all look forward to working together with Luca.
