Over the last 2 weeks we have seen people across the world join initially in hope and then in sadness as the situation of the Titan unfolded in the North Atlantic.
We’re deeply saddened in 6TH EASTCOTE SCOUT GROUP to have learnt of the loss of Hamish Harding and the rest of the crew, whilst he took part in an exploration of the site of the Titanic. Hamish volunteered for several years with 2nd Dubai supporting young people develop SkillsForLife.
We send our thoughts and condolences to Hamish’s family during this difficult time

Attending an international Scout Jamboree is a transformative experience that combines adventure, learning, and cultural exchange, helping Scouts develop into well-rounded individuals with a strong sense of belonging and the ability to work in teams.
